A Psalm of Rest in Christ Alone

Father
You sacrificed Your only begotten Son
That we may be called sons and daughters of the Most High God
You felt the pain and You turned Your face
Away from the ugliness of sin
Yet You tore the veil to let the sinners in

Jesus
You emptied Yourself of everything but Love
To make room for every sin and sorrow of a rebel race
You left Your resplendent throne in heaven
And chose enthronement on the Old Rugged Cross
So that the unworthy may become co-heirs with You

Holy Spirit
You were there at the very beginning
Breathing life into the Father’s creation
You were there when Adam fell
Dragging mankind into the abyss of sin
You were there dear Spirit at Calvary
On the day Death died so You could breathe out life anew

Father Son and Holy Spirit
Imperfect man made perfect for Heaven
Worthless beings made worthy to reign
Doomed to die yet redeemed to live
The ways of God who can fathom?
Resting in Him as His precious treasure
I choose to say, Thank You God, I believe!

The Unbroken Thread: The Bible as One Unified Story

The Bible is often read in fragments—but it was written as one story. Across 66 books and more than 1,500 years, Scripture unfolds a single narrative of creation, brokenness, redemption, and hope. This teaching helps you see the Bible not as isolated passages, but as one coherent story that reveals God’s purpose for the world—and for us.
